The end of an Era

No I'm not talking about Ted Kennedy. The PBS show Reading Rainbow is going off the air after 26 years, which is longer than I have been alive. A sad day for us all.

Take a look!
It's in a book!
A Reading Rainbowwwww.

I think it's funny that our generation knows Levar Burton not as Geordi LaForge or Kunta Kinte, but as a dude who read us stories.

I know him better as Geordi LaForge. Now THAT is kind of sad. It helps when you had a grandma that was addicted to Star Trek.
